We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Moodraw is a creative and relaxation app. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional care, and nothing in it is a diagnosis. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or a local crisis line. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You retain all rights to what you write and paint in the app (“Your Content”). Your Content is stored locally on your device. To draw a picture, the app sends a short scene description built from the options you selected — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the right to submit it.
Pictures are produced by an automated system, so they are not predictable and may not match what you expected. As between you and us, you are free to use the pictures you create, including sharing them. We make no warranty that a generated picture is unique or free of third-party rights. You may not use the generation feature to attempt to produce unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
The app is free to use with a daily allowance of generated pictures, currently 20 per rolling 24 hours; we may adjust this allowance. Painting, your gallery, and pictures you have already made are never gated. Moodraw Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily limit.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
The app stores everything on your device only and provides no cloud backup or account. Your Content may be lost if your device is lost, damaged, or reset, or if the app is uninstalled. You are responsible for keeping your own copies — for example, by saving a picture to Photos or sharing it elsewhere.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with or circumvent its intended operation or its usage limits, and not to access our drawing service by any means other than the app.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve Your Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will revise the effective date above when we make changes.
