What happens to what I write in the check-in?

The words you type during the check-in — your word for how your mind feels, what drained you, what you keep telling yourself — stay on your device. To make the picture, the app sends only a short description assembled from the choices you tapped. Nothing you typed is sent, and nothing is linked to you or to an account. The Privacy Policy says exactly what leaves and what doesn't.

Where are my pictures stored?

On your device, in Moodraw's own storage — your gallery, your colours, and your activity are all local. There is no cloud backup and no account, so deleting the app removes them. To keep a picture, save it to Photos or share it from the app first.

A picture didn't come out — was I charged for it?

No. A drawing only counts against your daily allowance when it arrives and saves. Network failures and anything you left unfinished cost you nothing.

What does Moodraw Pro give me?

Unlimited pictures. That's the only thing it unlocks. Painting, your gallery, and every picture you've already made stay free and available. Without Pro you can make 20 pictures a day, counted over a rolling 24 hours — when you run out, the app tells you the time your next one opens.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel. Changed device or reinstalled? Tap Restore purchases in the app.

Why does the app ask to save to Photos?

Only so it can put a finished picture in your photo library when you ask it to. Moodraw never reads the photos you already have. You can change this in iOS Settings → Moodraw at any time.

Is Moodraw therapy?

No. It's a calm few minutes of painting, not medical or mental-health care. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a local crisis line — in an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
