Privacy Policy

One thing leaves your device, and only one. To draw your picture, Moodraw sends a short scene description built from the choices you tapped. The words you type stay on your device, there is no account, and nothing that is sent is linked to you.

1 Who we are

Moodraw (“the app”) is developed by Silver AI (“we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at support@silverai.com.

2 What is sent off your device

Moodraw cannot draw a picture on your phone, so one thing is sent to our drawing service: a short scene description, assembled on your device from the options you selected during the check-in — the feeling you picked and the chips you tapped.

  • The free-text you type — your word for how your mind feels, what drained you, what you keep telling yourself — is never sent. It is used on your device to help assemble the description, and is not uploaded.
  • The request carries no name, no account, no device identifier, and no advertising identifier. It cannot be traced back to you.
  • The picture that comes back is stored on your device.

3 What stays on your device

Everything else, in the app's own storage:

  • Your gallery — every picture you've made, and the colours you filled in.
  • Your check-in entries and the words you wrote.
  • Your activity: streaks, totals, and the calendar of days you painted.
  • Your settings.

None of this is uploaded, and none of it is visible to us. There is no cloud backup: this data is removed when you delete an item, or when you uninstall the app.

4 No accounts, no profile of you

Moodraw has no sign-in and no user account. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell or share data with data brokers, and the app contains no advertising and no cross-app tracking.

5 Analytics and crash reports

The app uses Google Firebase for anonymous usage analytics and crash reports, so we can see which screens are used and fix what breaks. These are counts and events — for example, that a screen was opened or that the app crashed, with the device model and iOS version.

They never carry what you wrote or what you drew. Your check-in text, your scene description, your feeling and your pictures are never sent as analytics. Firebase processes this data as our service provider.

6 Purchases

Moodraw Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your payment details. The app stores only whether your subscription is active, on your device.

7 Device permissions we request

  • Photo Library (Add only) — only when you choose to save a finished picture: to copy it into your photo library. The app does not read your existing photos.

You can grant or revoke this in iOS Settings → Moodraw at any time.

8 Your control over your data

  • Delete any picture or check-in from within the app.
  • Save or share a picture on your own initiative, to keep your own copy.
  • Uninstall the app to remove all of its locally stored data.

Because we hold no account and no copy of your content, there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf — it is all in your hands.

9 Children

Moodraw is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10 Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above and post the new version at this URL.
