How do I send feedback or report a bug?

Email us at support@silverai.com, or tap Settings → Send feedback in the app. Telling us your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster.

Where are my photos and videos stored?

Everything you capture is stored on your device only, inside Task Cam's own storage — not your system Photos and not any cloud. They appear in your iOS Photo Library only if you turn on “Also save to Photos” or export an item yourself.

I deleted something by accident — can I get it back?

Deleted items go to Trash and can be restored from there until you empty it. Note that a folder's auto-delete rule can also remove items permanently, so check your folder settings.

How do I back up or move my media?

Task Cam has no cloud backup — your media lives on your device. To keep a copy, use Export to save items to the Files app, or Share them to another app or location. Do this before deleting the app or resetting your device.

Why does the app ask for location, camera, or microphone access?

Camera is needed to take photos and videos, the microphone records sound for videos, and location is used only if you enable “Save location” to geotag a capture. You can grant or revoke any of these in iOS Settings → Task Cam at any time.

Does the app upload or track my data?

No. Task Cam makes no network calls and contains no analytics, tracking, ads, or third-party SDKs. Your content never leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
