1 Who we are
RollieCam (“the app”) is developed by Silver AI (“we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at support@silverai.com.
2 What the app stores, and where
RollieCam is a film camera that previews analog looks live and captures them in the moment. The photos you take, the film look applied to each, your settings and selected profiles, and any location or timestamp attached to a shot are all stored locally on your device, inside the app’s own storage. This data:
- is never transmitted off your device by the app;
- is not shared with us or any third party;
- is removed when you delete the photo, or when you uninstall the app.
3 We do not collect data
The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network calls. We do not create user accounts, and we have no access to your content.
4 Device permissions we request
The app asks for the following permissions only to provide its features. You can grant or revoke each one in iOS Settings at any time.
- Camera — required, to show the live viewfinder and capture the photos you take in the app.
- Photo Library (Add only) — only if you choose “Also save to Photos” or export a shot: to copy that photo into your system Photo Library. The app does not read your existing Photos.
- Location (While Using the App) — only if you turn on “Save location”: to geotag a shot with where it was taken. This is optional and can be turned off in settings; with it off, no location is attached.
5 Your control over your data
- Delete individual photos from the built-in gallery to remove them.
- Turn “Save location” and “Also save to Photos” on or off at any time.
- Export photos to the Files app or share them, on your initiative.
- Uninstall the app to remove all of its locally stored data.
6 Children
RollieCam is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
7 Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above and post the new version at this URL.
